The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the product lifecycle from start to finish. You will play a central role in shaping our roadmap by identifying key areas for improvement and translating customer needs into actionable technical specifications. This is a full-time, remote position where you will work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure we continue to deliver a seamless experience for our users. A day in the life

• You will conduct deep-dive user interviews and analyze data using SQL and Mixpanel to uncover new opportunities for product growth.
• You will translate your findings into concrete product strategies, creating initial mocks in Figma and writing detailed technical specifications to guide the development process.
• You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with various internal stakeholders to execute your roadmap and ensure we are building the right features for our customers.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in product management or consulting at a top-tier organization. You possess a unique blend of analytical rigor and UX design instincts, allowing you to balance technical execution with a deep sense of empathy for our users. You are comfortable owning problems from conception to implementation, and you thrive in environments that require both grit and collaboration. Fluency in English is required, and while not mandatory, fluency in French is strongly preferred. If you have a background in fintech or a technical field, we would love to hear from you.
