The role

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Uruguay, perfect for someone who is passionate about mobile gaming and eager to grow within a data-driven, creative powerhouse. You will work closely with our producers, designers, and engineers to shape the future of our gaming franchises.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze game metrics to build automated reports, manage user traffic, and oversee CRM programs and seasonal content.
• Collaborate with game teams to identify, test, and measure high-impact product changes that drive revenue, reach, and retention.
• Partner with technical teams to define necessary tools and capabilities, ensuring we are constantly refining our internal processes.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in both technical analysis and creative project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in product management for games or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive clear conclusions from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively update stakeholders and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• The ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
• A genuine passion for games and a personality suited for a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Fluency in English.
