Product Manager at FarmWise

At Farmwise we create AI-powered hardware and software that deliver immediate value to growers, and our flagship Vulcan robotic weeding system is already proving its worth in fields across the country. We are expanding that offering and need a product manager who can guide the next wave of features that matter most where crops meet soil.

The opportunity

As Product Manager you will own the roadmap for the Vulcan Implement Experience, shaping how our combined hardware and software platform performs in real-world conditions. You will sit at the center of a multidisciplinary group that includes embedded and machine learning engineers, translating field insights into clear priorities that advance both the product and the broader Intelligent Plant Scanner strategy at the heart of our architecture. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively we bring new value to customers who rely on Vulcan every day.

A day in the life

• You gather feedback from growers and the Customer Success team, then turn those observations into a living roadmap that balances immediate field needs with longer-term platform goals.
• You sit with engineering to turn strategic direction into detailed requirements, guiding prototypes through testing until features are ready for release.
• You keep a close watch on competitors, identify opportunities to differentiate, and prepare the cross-functional launch plans that align marketing, sales, and production teams.

Who you are

You bring at least three years of product management experience and have guided products from early research through launch. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams and have a track record of turning market signals into clear priorities and well-scoped requirements. Strong writing and presentation skills help you communicate plans across engineering, production, and sales. Experience with hardware-software products is a plus, as is a background in product design or engineering. You are fluent in English and ready to collaborate in a hybrid environment based in the United States.
