What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis at our office in the Netherlands. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of our robotaxi charging solutions, ensuring our technology meets the needs of a rapidly evolving market. You will work closely with our commercial teams and international clients to bridge the gap between complex engineering and market success. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end development of our automated charging products, covering hardware, software, and cloud components to meet strict quality and margin targets.
• Guiding cross-functional teams to make critical trade-offs between technical scalability and commercial viability.
• Partnering with our commercial department to engage with customers, particularly in the United States, to drive sales and define the long-term roadmap for autonomous hub services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a builder at heart who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a growing company. You should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with at least five years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary products. We are looking for someone with a strong background in robotics, mobility, or EV infrastructure who can navigate uncertainty with a pragmatic and result-oriented mindset. You must be fluent in English and comfortable leading high-level engagements with international stakeholders. We value strategic thinkers who are equally capable of executing near-term goals and casting a vision for the future.
