Product Manager at KONUX

We are KONUX, a fast-growing technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the railway industry through AI-powered solutions. Our mission is to help customers make smarter, data-driven decisions that improve infrastructure reliability. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Germany. Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of specific product features, serving as the primary voice of the customer to ensure our solutions effectively solve their most pressing challenges.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with our mission, using market research and technical insights to guide our direction.
• Lead and coordinate two or more engineering teams, ensuring that sprint objectives and product deliverables are clearly defined and successfully met.

Requirements

• You possess at least 3 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally involving analytics or BI tools.
• You have a strong technical foundation, including a deep understanding of APIs, data visualization, and analytics frameworks, which allows you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• You are a data-driven professional who can define and monitor KPIs to iterate on product decisions and identify high-impact opportunities.
• You are fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build alignment across diverse teams.
