What you'll be doing

• You will lead the business analysis process for new features, ensuring that every item in our backlog is carefully studied and developed to meet our high standards.
• You will define key metrics and goals, while regularly reporting on our progress against those KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
• You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate effectively, negotiate requirements, and prioritize our product roadmap and strategy.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you should possess a degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis. You must be proficient in English and demonstrate strong communication skills that allow you to build productive relationships across the organization. We value an analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented mindset that keeps the big picture in focus. While not required, your experience with SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Jira will be highly regarded, as will any previous work in the travel or e-commerce sectors.
