The opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will become an integral part of our collaborative product, design, and engineering team. You will take ownership of a specific product focus area, giving you the autonomy to craft a strategic roadmap and bring new functionality to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging directly with stakeholders and customers to ensure our solutions truly make a difference in the lives of school leaders.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial ideation and defining user stories to coordinating the final launch with your cross-functional partners.
• You will dive deep into market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and customer pain points, ensuring our product strategy remains competitive and impactful.
• You will act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external users, translating complex feedback into actionable features that drive product success.

Who you are

You are a motivated professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within a fast-paced or Agile environment. You possess a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable using tools like Jira and SQL to inform your decisions. You have a proven track record of shipping web or mobile features, and you excel at navigating ambiguous situations to create clear, effective action plans. Because we work with school districts, you have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English and are eager to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture.
