What is this role?
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Central Tech Platform team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as a key driver for our technical product charters, helping teams across the organization improve their productivity and ensure that every step of our product development process is backed by data.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the roadmap for your specific charter within the Central Tech Platform, prioritizing business needs while supporting our iterative product development mindset.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to streamline workflows, reduce friction during onboarding, and accelerate the time to market for our internal solutions.
- Manage complex project schedules and cross-team dependencies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned through clear communication and data-driven decision-making.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical aptitude and communication skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical product management role, working directly with engineering, data, or analytics teams.
- Proven ability to manage products across cross-functional teams and build sustainable, efficient processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and product stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage diverse stakeholder needs effectively.
- Bonus points if you have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, prior experience as a software developer or data analyst, or a background working with platform teams in a high-growth company.
- Fluency in English is required.
