The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Core platform. This is a 15-month full-time contract position that offers the potential for future opportunities within our growing organization. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology and sales teams, ensuring that our digital products align with our broader business objectives. You will report to our Product Team Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, managing the roadmap, and delivering reliable, user-centered solutions that help small businesses thrive.

A day in the life

• You will own the product backlog and sprint planning process, translating high-level strategy into actionable user stories and comprehensive implementation plans.
• You will partner closely with our Insurance Analytics and Engineering teams to transform data-driven insights into innovative features that drive measurable growth.
• You will present quarterly roadmaps to senior leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on our vision and that we are consistently delivering tangible business outcomes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience managing digital or software products. You have a deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and Agile or Scrum methodologies. You are comfortable working with data analytics platforms to identify user needs and turn those findings into effective product specifications. Because you will be working across various departments, you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with confidence. You hold a degree in a field like Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, and you are based within the Greater Toronto Area.
