The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be a key driver of our platform growth, focusing specifically on the success of our external builders. You will work to understand the motivations and challenges of the partners and developers who use our tools to create automations, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver better healthcare outcomes. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader who thrives on solving complex problems and building thriving ecosystems.

Core responsibilities

• Own and optimize key growth metrics, including builder activation, flow completion rates, and long-term retention for our platform ecosystem.
• Design intuitive onboarding experiences, documentation, and tooling that empower healthcare experts to build sophisticated automations with ease.
• Foster a vibrant community of builders by establishing feedback loops and champion programs that turn our users into passionate advocates.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in product management and a passion for platform dynamics. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 5 to 7+ years of senior product management experience with a proven track record of improving user adoption and activation.
• Deep experience working on platforms or ecosystems where the success of third-party builders is directly tied to business outcomes.
• A data-driven mindset, specifically regarding the optimization of complex user funnels and onboarding journeys.
• A strong UX-first approach, with the ability to design technical tools for non-technical users.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
• Fluency in English.
