At UserTesting we help organizations see and hear how real people interact with their products, turning those insights into better experiences for everyone. For more than fifteen years we have partnered with seventy-five of the Fortune 100 companies across fifty countries, and after our recent merger with UserZoom we now serve over 3,400 customers worldwide. We are growing quickly and looking for a new teammate who is excited to shape the future of AI-powered research tools.
What is this role?
We are hiring a Product Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. The position is open to candidates at the junior level who are ready to take ownership of AI and machine-learning initiatives that help our customers understand their own users more deeply.
What will you do?
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Research teams to define and deliver AI/ML features from the first idea through to launch.
- Turn customer needs into clear priorities, balancing business goals, market demand, and available resources so the team always works on the highest-impact projects.
- Keep every stakeholder aligned by sharing progress, risks, and results in language that both technical and non-technical colleagues can act on.
What makes you a great fit?
You have already gained some experience as a product manager or product owner, ideally inside an agile SaaS setting. You bring a solid grasp of AI and machine-learning concepts, and you enjoy turning those technical ideas into products people love. You stay calm when priorities shift, solve problems creatively, and communicate clearly across the entire company. Because our customers are global, fluency in English is essential, and candidates based in Ontario are especially encouraged to apply.
What's in it for you?
We offer a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 along with a benefits package that supports your health, growth, and day-to-day life:
- Basic life insurance and an employee assistance program for mental wellness
- Extended healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
- RRSP matching to help you save for the future
- Flexible paid time off for full-time employees
- Remote equipment expense reimbursement and monthly wellness and telecommunications stipends
- Professional development stipend so you can keep learning
- Quarterly paid volunteer days plus charity donation matching through our UT Cares program
- Employee referral program and service recognition awards
- Employee-led groups that foster an inclusive, welcoming workplace
