What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will take the lead on designing and implementing features that motivate our users. You will be instrumental in building products from the ground up and helping us expand our reach by creating engaging experiences for a diverse user base.

What will you do?

• Design and refine a freemium product experience that effectively captures new users and keeps them engaged.
• Integrate gamification elements like streaks, challenges, milestone celebrations, and rewards to create a fun and motivating environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including developers, designers, and user researchers, to prioritize the roadmap and deliver high-impact features.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of product management experience, ideally with a background in building consumer-facing products. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a startup-style environment where ambiguity is common and creativity is encouraged. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions while managing multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, along with a deep understanding of engagement strategies and gamification. We value candidates who are scrappy, curious, and eager to learn.
