Our platform helps logistics providers cut costs and improve delivery reliability by automating complex billing and data entry tasks. We are now looking for a talented individual to help us expand into the last-mile delivery sector and shape the future of our business.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, where you will work closely with our leadership, engineering, and design teams to launch a brand-new product vertical. You will have the unique opportunity to own a product from its inception to its full market release.
Your impact
- Lead the full product development lifecycle for our new courier sector vertical, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, sales, and design to define our product roadmap and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and key performance indicators to prioritize features that solve real-world problems and drive growth in the logistics space.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Between 2 and 8 years of experience in B2B product management.
- A proven track record of building and communicating a clear product vision that aligns with broader company objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide diverse teams and manage complex projects within budget.
- A deep understanding of how to use data and customer insights to inform product roadmaps and improve user experience.
- Fluency in English.
