What is this role?

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position where you will work closely with our engineering department to research, design, and implement features that redefine how the world interacts with data. You will be responsible for translating complex big data concepts into intuitive user experiences while helping our customers achieve things they never thought possible.

What will you do?

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our users by analyzing their motivations, usage patterns, and mental models.
• Conduct deep market research to maintain expertise in the competitive landscape and technical environment.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure our solutions resonate with our customers.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in SaaS product management and a passion for advocating for the customer. We value candidates who can communicate complex technical information clearly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in a product management role within a SaaS company.
• Proven experience building enterprise software designed for technical users.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on development experience and the ability to partner with engineers to navigate technical trade-offs.
• Strong critical thinking, self-direction, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Bonus points if you have experience in a startup environment or working with data platforms.
