We are building the future of how knowledge work gets measured and rewarded. At Laurel we believe time is the most valuable resource professionals have, and our mission is to return it by replacing manual timekeeping with intelligent automation. Our AI platform already helps firms capture accurate work data without burdening their teams, and we are just getting started on a multi-year journey that will reshape how entire industries price and deliver outcomes.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join us full time on-site. In this role you will own a significant product surface area from strategy through execution, partnering closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and customer-success teams to deliver experiences that free professionals from tedious administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Build company-wide alignment on product priorities and translate that vision into clear roadmaps that guide cross-functional teams.
- Combine quantitative data, customer research, and market insights to define requirements and continuously improve the product.
- Drive development with world-class engineers and designers while tracking the metrics that determine whether each release succeeds.
Requirements
You bring at least five years of product-management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, and you thrive in fast-paced startup environments. You are comfortable using SQL, Python, or similar tools to analyze data and turn findings into clear product decisions. You have a track record of delivering measurable outcomes, strong communication skills, and the humility to learn from both wins and misses. A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, AI/ML, physics, or an MBA is viewed as a plus, as is prior exposure to professional-services industries or AI-driven products.
Location
This position is based in our offices in San Francisco or potentially Los Angeles.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $170,000–$230,000. In addition we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with premiums fully covered, a 401(k) plan, commuter benefits, FSA stipends, and wellness support. We provide paid sick leave with full coverage when you or a family member needs time to recover, and we celebrate diverse perspectives in an equal-opportunity workplace.
