We operate the world's largest data platform, tracking over 10,000 tokens across more than 400 exchanges and serving hundreds of millions of page views to users in over 100 countries. We are deeply committed to the belief that blockchain technology will define the future of finance, and we are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will focus on driving user adoption and engagement by improving our onboarding experiences and core product features across both web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle by collaborating with designers and engineers to build solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to provide the team with deep insights into user behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage the ideation, technical development, and successful launch of new features while maintaining clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
We are looking for a mid-level professional with at least 3 years of experience in software or consumer-based product management. You should have a proven track record of building successful features, ideally within a product-led growth environment. Key qualifications include:
- Strong proficiency in modern product discovery techniques, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, A/B testing, and product optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across engineering, design, and leadership teams.
- A self-motivated mindset with a passion for problem-solving, user empathy, and a strong desire to learn about the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Experience using data tools to drive decision-making and a demonstrated ability to mentor interns and share knowledge within the team.
