Key outcomes
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Warp’s enterprise offerings.
- Lead initiatives that expand adoption and revenue across both free and paid accounts.
- Design and execute product-growth programs that improve activation, acquisition, and paid conversion.
- Conduct design partnerships, analyze usage data, and maintain regular dialogue with enterprise customers to shape priorities.
- Collaborate with Growth and Sales to refine pricing and packaging strategy.
- Partner daily with Design, Engineering, and Growth teams to prioritize features and deliver successful launches.
- Support Account Executives during technical negotiations and account-expansion efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management for software products.
- Software engineering background or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Experience developing or managing software sold to other software companies.
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers and converting their feedback into product decisions.
- Familiarity with using the terminal in day-to-day work.
- Strong data-analysis skills, including comfort with SQL and tools such as Metabase and BigQuery.
- Clear understanding of how user-focused and business-focused features interact and influence each other.
- Demonstrated ability to bring cross-functional partners-marketing, engineering, sales, and design-along from early ideation through launch.
- Habit of seeking user feedback early and often.
- Professional fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and funnel-optimization programs.
- Track record of leading design-partnership initiatives.
- Prior work at a startup or founding experience that reached product-market fit.
- Background in developer-tools products.
Compensation
The budgeted compensation range for this role is $175,000 – $225,000. In addition to base salary, every employee receives meaningful equity with a four-year vesting schedule and one-year cliff.
