About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role that requires you to work directly with our strategic enterprise clients. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex, ambiguous challenges into functional, AI-powered products. You will own the lifecycle of these projects from initial discovery through to final delivery, ensuring that our solutions create lasting value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify core business requirements, define success metrics, and establish clear project scopes.
- Manage project delivery by setting timelines, tracking OKRs, coordinating with engineering teams, and proactively addressing blockers.
- Serve as the primary product contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong executive relationships and ensuring consistent alignment on project goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a blend of technical curiosity and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Two to five years of experience in product management, solution consulting, or a similar delivery-focused role.
- A proven track record of transforming ambiguous problems into successful product pilots or shipped solutions.
- Experience managing relationships within complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
- A working understanding of software architecture, data flows, and APIs, along with a genuine interest in generative AI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Strong communication skills, a high level of personal ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $157,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, our benefits package includes:
