The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Chile. This is a leadership-level role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is comfortable managing the entire product lifecycle while maintaining a 100mph pace.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, spanning from initial vision and strategic planning to final execution and user adoption.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable summaries for both executive stakeholders and development teams.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by monitoring product performance and maintaining high-quality technical documentation to support operational success.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed integrations and partnerships.
- A proven history of managing payment-related products and utilizing data to guide product development.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage Enterprise customers while communicating effectively with executive leadership.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA being highly desirable.
- Professional proficiency in English.
