About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for a full-time position. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, guiding our gaming projects from the initial spark of an idea through to post-launch optimization. You will be the bridge between our technical teams and our business goals, ensuring that every product we release is both innovative and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects our strategic vision and keeps us ahead of current market trends.
• Perform deep-dive market research and user testing to uncover player needs and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure product success, refine player engagement strategies, and improve our monetization models.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in the gaming sector and a passion for understanding what drives players. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a product management role specifically within the gaming industry.
• A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to prioritize features and solve complex problems.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate cross-functional teams and communicate a clear product vision.
• An MBA or equivalent professional experience is considered a significant advantage.
