We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product team in creating and launching exciting gaming products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis. you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, engineers, artists, and marketers, to deliver high-quality gaming experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify user needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives.
• Lead the product discovery process, including concept development, user testing, and iteration, to ensure the delivery of innovative and compelling game experiences.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, engineers, artists, and other stakeholders to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize player engagement and monetization.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and updates.
• Act as the product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, features, and benefits to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, gaming technologies, and best practices, and apply them to product strategy and development.
Requirements:
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the online gaming landscape, market trends, and player preferences.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful gaming products, preferably across multiple platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and prioritize features.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Proactive, results-oriented mind-set, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviours.
