The opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager, you will step into a role that offers significant autonomy and the trust to make thoughtful, impactful decisions. You will own your product area, working closely with your team to deliver genuine value to thousands of businesses, ranging from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies, as they navigate the Salesforce ecosystem.
A day in the life
- You will collaborate directly with engineering teams to guide the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- You will engage in rigorous user research to uncover the core needs of our customers, ensuring we solve the right problems rather than just fulfilling surface-level requests.
- You will participate in cross-functional collaboration, working openly with design and customer-facing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
Who you are
You are a curious and pragmatic professional with extensive experience in product management. You possess a deep motivation to understand the underlying jobs our users are trying to accomplish, and you never stop digging until you are satisfied that you have reached the root cause of an issue. You communicate clearly, thrive in low-ego environments, and value psychological safety. While a background in enterprise software, developer tools, or the Salesforce platform is a helpful bonus, your ability to think critically and collaborate effectively is what matters most. You are fluent in English and ready to work in a hybrid capacity within the United Kingdom.
