You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex distributed systems and the needs of our end users, ensuring that our technology remains both powerful and intuitive. What you'll be doing
- You will own the end-to-end product strategy and develop a comprehensive roadmap for both our enterprise offerings and community projects.
- You will translate complex technical requirements into clear specifications while defining key performance indicators to measure our success.
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success departments to gather feedback and ensure our releases maintain a high standard of quality and usability.
What you'll bring

- Extensive experience as a Product Director, including a proven track record of launching new products and driving them through multiple stages of growth.

- The ability to work autonomously while providing mentorship and guidance to your team members.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate across our global and local teams.
