The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our core medical eligibility services at pVerify. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex healthcare data and the providers who rely on it. You will focus on optimizing how insurance payers and healthcare systems exchange information, ensuring that these processes are faster, more secure, and fully compliant with industry standards. By leveraging data analytics and machine learning, you will refine our routing protocols to enhance overall system performance. You will own the product vision and work closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams to turn market demands into intuitive, high-impact solutions.

A day in the life

• You will define and execute the product roadmap by synthesizing market research, customer feedback, and business goals into clear, actionable development plans.
• You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, managing the backlog and making quick, strategic trade-offs to ensure we ship high-quality features on time.
• You will monitor key performance indicators and analyze product usage data to identify new opportunities for improvement and ensure our solutions continue to solve critical user pain points.

Who you are

You are a seasoned product leader with at least 5 years of experience taking products from concept to market. You have a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including workflows, compliance, and secure data transmission. Because our work is highly technical, you possess a strong grasp of APIs and have experience managing API-driven software. You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether you are collaborating with engineers or presenting a vision to stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a remote setting, you speak English fluently, and you thrive when you have the autonomy to solve complex problems without needing constant direction.
