What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Poland. This hybrid role focuses on the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and user feedback to the final delivery of software that delights our customers. You will be a key player in our product strategy, working closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-value solutions.

• Manage the full lifecycle of features within the product backlog, handling everything from initial ideation and user story creation to final prioritization.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and collaborate with UX partners to prototype solutions that address real user pain points.
• Establish and track performance KPIs to ensure every feature delivers measurable value and meets our strategic goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. We require at least 5 years of experience in product management or product owner roles, along with a proven ability to bring new features to market. You must be comfortable working with iOS and Android ecosystems, as well as hardware devices. We value candidates who are exceptional problem solvers and possess the communication skills necessary to share a clear vision across the organization. While not mandatory, previous experience in the edtech industry is considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our global teams.

What we offer
