Since our founding in 2000, MindGym has been dedicated to transforming company performance and individual lives through the application of behavioral science. We have grown from a small team working around a kitchen table to a global partner for most of the world’s top 500 companies, including over half of the FTSE 100 and S&P 100. Our work has reached more than three million people, and we remain as hungry for innovation today as we were when we first started. We are currently looking for a passionate professional to join us in our mission to provide a human advantage to large, complex organizations.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will lead the product strategy for our culture diagnostics, which are proprietary tools that provide our clients with actionable insights and recommendations. You will act as a key driver in making our products easier to buy, sell, deliver, and renew. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional who understands the enterprise B2B space, particularly within HR, learning and development, or organizational culture, and who excels at aligning product roadmaps with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our diagnostics suite while working closely with our Chief Product Officer and product leadership team.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial planning and market research to successful product launches and ongoing commercial performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our commercial, creative, and marketing teams to create sales materials, provide training, and ensure our diagnostics deliver measurable value to our clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management within an enterprise environment. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:
- Proven experience in product strategy, market research, and product lifecycle management.
- Deep expertise in the HR or organizational culture sectors, ideally supported by an understanding of behavioral science.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to turn strategic ideas into tangible outcomes under tight timelines.
- Strong communication abilities, allowing you to explain complex concepts clearly and act as a champion for our products across the business.
Location
This position is based in Kensington, London. You will be expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a supportive working environment that values flexibility and professional growth. As part of our team, you will benefit from our hybrid work policy, which balances the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
