Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve care quality and reduce operational costs by optimizing workflows for our support, clinical, and guide teams.
- Identify and implement strategies to lower the cost per new client while increasing engagement and attendance in integration sessions.
- Enhance client adherence and loyalty by experimenting with personalized outreach, session wrap-ups, and repurchase programs.
- Manage an iterative, vision-driven product development process that bridges the gap between client needs and technical execution.
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer to ensure our product roadmap directly addresses the root causes of client challenges.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on product development and customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to automating processes and leveraging new technology.
- A deep, personal connection to our mission of expanding access to psychedelic medicine.
- The ability to thrive in a remote-first, writing-based culture that prioritizes intellectual honesty, high autonomy, and deep focus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to manage projects through every phase from initial design to final release.
- Fluency in English.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 USD.
