About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will serve as the central hub for our product development, taking ownership of features from their initial concept through to final delivery. You will synthesize feedback from our sales, marketing, and customer experience departments to build a clear, actionable roadmap that empowers our design and engineering teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product strategy for AI and automation features, ensuring they align with our broader company goals.
- Collaborate across departments with engineering, design, and marketing teams to guide products from the planning phase to a successful launch.
- Act as a champion for our users by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven product decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with highly technical products.
- A degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies and an ability to apply them to your daily workflow.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring success through customer impact rather than just output.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A natural sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Prior domain knowledge in CRM, customer support, or customer experience is considered a significant advantage.
