The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to lead product priorities from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our features, ensuring that our platform remains intuitive, powerful, and aligned with our users' needs.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the problem space, navigating ambiguity to deliver solutions that directly support our product strategy and address customer needs.
• Define, build, and launch product solutions by synthesizing market research, technical insights, and user feedback into a clear vision and actionable roadmap.
• Act as a subject matter expert, building consensus among senior leadership and cross-functional teams while keeping product metrics at the heart of every decision.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in product management and a deep passion for digital design and user experience. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing products from conception to launch, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Notion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• A deep understanding of the competitive landscape and technical proficiency in areas like SaaS, cloud platforms, or web development.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in the cryptocurrency or financial services sectors is considered a significant asset.
• Fluency in English.
