Our technology is built upon the widely adopted open source orchestration engine, Conductor. We empower engineering teams to scale their applications to handle billions of workflows without the burden of managing failures or infrastructure visibility. We are currently seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our user journey and driving the adoption of our services among engineering teams.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the initial user journey to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce friction and boost satisfaction during the early stages of product interaction.
- Partner with Engineering, DevRel, Sales, and Marketing teams to track and improve metrics related to acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Analyze the entire user lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement high-impact improvements.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor user behavior, uncover trends, and drive continuous product evolution across our Conductor and cloud offerings.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests and iterating on features based on real-time feedback and data.
- Prepare and present reports on growth initiatives and performance metrics to company leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager for a technology product, ideally one designed for application developers.
- A solid understanding of product-led growth strategies and experience aligning with go-to-market teams.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure and prioritization to complex projects while thriving in ambiguous environments.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for user experience.
- Strong project management capabilities with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to reverse engineer solutions based on specific customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across distributed teams.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A background in engineering or previous experience writing code.
- Experience defining and launching SaaS offerings within the cloud infrastructure space.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000, depending on your specific skills, experience, location, and market data. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
