We are expanding that team and inviting an experienced product manager to shape the next chapter of intelligent weeding technology.

The opportunity

As our new Product Manager you will guide the evolution of Vulcan’s weeding performance and the Intelligent Plant Scanner that sits at the heart of our system. Working side-by-side with embedded and machine-learning engineers, you will turn customer insights and market signals into clear priorities that keep our hardware-and-software product delivering value where it matters most-in the field. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively we bring new capabilities from concept to commercial release.

A day in the life

• You will gather feedback from growers and data from the field, then translate those findings into a living product roadmap that balances quick wins with longer-term platform goals.
• You will partner daily with engineering, production, marketing, and sales colleagues to turn strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and ultimately shipped features that strengthen Vulcan’s competitive edge.
• You will prepare crisp product briefs, business cases, and presentations that align cross-functional teams and keep everyone moving toward the same milestones.

Who you are

You bring at least three years of hands-on product management experience and have already steered a product from early research through launch. You are comfortable leading without formal authority, whether you are aligning engineers on technical trade-offs or presenting roadmap updates to leadership. Clear writing, persuasive storytelling, and confident public speaking come naturally to you. A background in hardware-plus-software products and a degree in engineering or product design are both highly valued. Above all, you thrive when you can see your decisions turn into working technology that solves real problems for customers.
