Product Manager at Adikteev

We specialize in helping mobile applications grow revenue and foster long-term user loyalty through custom retargeting and advanced churn prediction. With a global presence spanning Paris, San Francisco, and Seoul, our team of over 100 professionals has achieved significant momentum, including 60% revenue growth this past year. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in France on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Key outcomes

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for your engineering team, ensuring every initiative aligns with our broader company strategy and OKRs.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end feature lifecycle, from designing detailed specifications to collaborating closely with Engineering to deliver high-impact, quality solutions.
• Develop comprehensive user documentation and training materials to drive the successful adoption of new features across our platform.
• Utilize your analytical mindset to query data, process insights, and optimize business KPIs through iterative, collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working with data-driven platforms or services.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to extract actionable insights from dashboards, databases, and log files.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
• A proven track record of staying organized, prioritizing key initiatives, and managing time effectively.
• Applicants must maintain residency and hold legal authorization to work in France or the European Union.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience or a demonstrated enthusiasm for the AdTech industry.
