Product Manager at iObeya

With our Digital Visual Management solutions, we provide a real-time visual cockpit to more than 400 major companies and 500,000 daily users across 30 countries. We are a team of 150 passionate individuals driven by a startup spirit and a shared ambition to become the international leader in our field. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in France on a full-time, hybrid basis to help shape the future of our product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with our CEO to define and evolve our product vision and roadmap while working within our five-person product department.
• Serve as the primary bridge between business, engineering, and design teams to ensure we deliver high value that aligns with our market strategy.
• Lead discovery phases to deeply understand user needs, prioritize the product backlog, and transform complex requirements into functional solutions that reach production.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or as a product owner, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate fluently with stakeholders and users.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the SaaS ecosystem.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, paired with a collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Bonus points for technical expertise or experience with Lean management and collaborative software.
