Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Australia, where you will work alongside our talented team to bring innovative products to life from the ground up.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the product backlog by prioritizing features that deliver real business impact and solve genuine customer pain points.
- Partner with our design and engineering teams to craft detailed product roadmaps, clear requirements, and effective release plans.
- Perform deep dives into market research and performance metrics to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings stay ahead of the curve.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in product management with a proven history of launching successful products.
- A knack for analytical problem-solving and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level working within a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Bonus points if you have experience with SQL, data analysis, or a background in the fintech and banking sectors.
- Fluency in English.
