We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead the development of our enterprise risk platform, ensuring we continue to provide high-quality solutions for managing market, credit, and liquidity risk.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our risk management team to define and maintain essential risk measures, including stress testing, VaR, and PFE.
- Collaborate with trading and operations departments to configure portfolio structures, manage traded instruments, and oversee reference data.
- Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated credit and inventory management tools by working closely with our technical engineering teams.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in risk product management, ideally within the cryptocurrency or traditional finance sectors.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with risk management software and project management tools like Jira.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equities and derivative product lifecycles, such as options, swaps, and forwards.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while working under pressure.
