We have successfully launched 14 credit card programs, including partnerships with major names like Alibaba and Qatar Airways. By embedding sophisticated credit features directly into brand products, we help our partners foster deeper connections with their customers. We have secured 90 million dollars in equity funding from leading venture capital firms, and we are looking for driven individuals to join our San Francisco team to help us continue this rapid growth.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our credit platform. You will balance the needs of our brand partners with the experiences of the end consumers, ensuring that our financial products are both powerful and delightful to use. This is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Core responsibilities
- Define our product roadmap by analyzing data and prioritizing strategic initiatives, immediate improvements, and technical fixes.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring that we meet our delivery goals while empowering team members to take ownership of their specific workstreams.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including engineering and design, to build and refine innovative products that serve both our institutional partners and their customers.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically with consumer-facing products.
- A strong understanding of the consumer fintech space and experience managing relationships with large institutional stakeholders.
- A proven history of successfully shipping projects that deliver measurable results.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and familiarity with modern software development tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain focus and clarity when working under pressure.
