Role at a glance
This is a Senior Product Manager position offered on a full-time basis. We operate with a hybrid work model within the United States, and we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical web performance and customer-centric product strategy.
Your impact
- Identify and define the key value drivers that set Yottaa apart, using competitive analysis and customer feedback to uncover new market opportunities.
- Take full ownership of business cases and plans for new capabilities, translating our high-level product strategy into actionable requirements that drive Net Annual Recurring Revenue and feature adoption.
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to launch features that improve the customer experience and support our product-led growth motion.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in product management or web performance optimization, ideally within fast-growing technology companies.
- A proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from initial market research and vision setting to the successful launch and measurement of new features.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with specific experience using Pendo or similar tools for in-product analytics and messaging.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for our solutions to both internal teams and external partners.
- A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and a talent for synthesizing complex market feedback into clear business plans.
- An MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
