At Pet Circle, we are on a mission to ensure pets and their families lead healthy, happy lives together. Over the last decade, we have grown into one of Australia's top five eCommerce companies and the leading online destination for pet supplies. With a team of over 700 people across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance time between our pet-friendly Sydney office and your home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring our website provides a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into clear product stories and actionable development plans.
- Utilize customer research, surveys, and data analysis to diagnose complex problems and identify opportunities for feature development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, including a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage complex development cycles.
- A solid understanding of web user experience, including user flows and technical architecture, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, marketing, supply chain, and executive leadership.
