What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will take full ownership of our end-to-end product experience, reporting directly to the Head of Product to shape our long-term strategy and roadmap. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building new solutions from the ground up. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Setting an ambitious product roadmap by prioritizing high-impact initiatives that align with our business goals.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute our vision effectively.
• Engaging directly with our platform partners and small business users to ensure every step of their journey is seamless and delightful.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-directed, customer-obsessed professional with at least five years of experience in product management. You should possess a sharp business sense and the ability to drive complex strategic decisions. We value candidates who are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to inform their work. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders. While not strictly required, we highly value those with a background in financial products, software engineering, or experience taking products from 0 to 1 in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

What we offer
