At Capital on Tap, our mission is to simplify the lives of small business owners. We provide an all-in-one credit card and spend management platform that helps over 200,000 businesses worldwide save time and money. As we aim to support one million small businesses by 2030, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Shoreditch, where you will work on-site three days per week to help us manage the critical flow of money in and out of our business.
Responsibilities
- Drive product initiatives by implementing the latest technology for how our customers manage their spending and repayments.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and build features that boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Execute change requests and integrate new APIs or data sources that provide a direct, positive impact on our bottom line.
Requirements
We are looking for a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least 3 years of experience in product or project management, along with the following qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of products with an active customer base.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver maximum impact.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Desirable: Previous experience in the fintech sector, specifically within payments or lending.
