Role at a glance
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is designed for a student currently pursuing a STEM degree who is ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role based at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia, where you will be expected to work from the office five days a week to engage in the in-person collaboration that drives our success.
Your impact
- Act as a product owner within a small engineering team, managing the prioritized development backlog to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, making tough decisions on what to build and when.
- Refine features through design sessions, mockups, and usability testing to ensure every release provides genuine value to our end users.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment as a student in a STEM-related field.
- Previous experience in product management, technical program management, or a similar technology-focused role.
- A solid grasp of enterprise software roadmaps and the ability to guide delivery cycles.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational habits, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for software development.
