About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take the lead on our Creator Platform, ensuring we deliver an exceptional digital experience for our community and the internal teams that support them. You will guide a multi-disciplinary squad of engineers and designers through the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to final launch, while partnering with our leadership and cross-functional teams to drive our platform's evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and validate new opportunities to solve challenges for our creators and internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the highest quality content to our clients.
- Develop and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap that clearly outlines our goals and the strategy to achieve them.
- Lead your squad through the iterative development of innovative features, ensuring that every launch enhances the performance and effectiveness of our SaaS platform.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings a creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products. Your background should include:
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, including exposure to building features or products from the ground up.
- A strong design sensibility that allows you to visualize user flows and anticipate potential friction points.
- Proficiency in using data and user research to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and build consensus across the organization.
- A highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
While not required, we would love to see experience in MarTech, AdTech, or the video production industry, as well as experience working on both B2B and B2C products.
Location
This position is available anywhere. We operate under a virtual-first hybrid model, meaning our teams work primarily remotely with occasional in-office sessions for collaboration and team building.
