As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our agile team and help us bring our robotics software and applications to the next level. This is a remote, full-time position that offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the implementation of our technology in real-world environments.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of defining product requirements for specific software stack components, such as device software, simulation, and skills development.
- Manage the full product lifecycle by creating and overseeing epics in Jira, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate high-level goals into actionable technical specifications and tasks.
- Support commercial engagements by scoping customer requirements and ensuring they are integrated into our platform roadmaps.
- Act as a product owner for agile development teams, handling backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release approvals.
- Serve as a primary liaison between our engineering, design, and commercial departments to ensure customer-driven features are delivered effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the robotics, AI, IoT, or B2B device sectors.
- Proven success in managing software products through multiple release cycles.
- Strong tactical skills, with the ability to break down complex goals into detailed, actionable features.
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and acting as a product owner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in writing detailed product requirement documents and managing backlogs.
- Analytical mindset to prioritize features based on data and measurable impact.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced degrees such as an MS or PhD.
- Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing industries.
- Familiarity with humanoid robot platforms, hardware development, or robot testing and simulation environments.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
