What you'll be doing
- You will contribute to cross-functional teams that build and deliver compliant solutions for healthcare institutions throughout Europe.
- You will support the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and discovery through to final launch and iterative improvements.
- You will conduct market research and customer interviews while utilizing analytics to inform data-driven decisions for your specific product areas.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong interest in how software can simplify regulatory compliance. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A solid grasp of product management principles, including user discovery and solution validation.
- Experience using tools like Jira for issue tracking and Figma for design collaboration.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and user behavior data.
- A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, especially when working within regulated systems.
- Fluency in English, as you will be collaborating with a diverse team across Europe.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of scoped tasks.
What you'll get
The salary for this position ranges from €44,000 to €55,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to the compensation, you will enjoy the following benefits:
