Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is available for remote work within the United Kingdom. You will be a key part of a dynamic group dedicated to maximizing our intellectual property and revolutionizing how housing providers operate.
Your impact
- Conduct deep market research to stay ahead of legislative changes, regulatory shifts, and evolving competitive drivers.
- Work alongside our specialized product team to unify platform components into user-friendly, streamlined end-to-end processes.
- Engage directly with our customers through co-design workshops and user groups to ensure our solutions align perfectly with their real-world needs.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in Product Management and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. Because we operate in the social housing space, you must have a clear understanding of the functions managed by landlords, specifically regarding repairs, assets, and compliance. You should be comfortable with business case development, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex market requirements into clear, actionable documentation. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
