The role
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional to help shape our primary SaaS product, Trendscope. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into impactful product updates. This role is focused on driving user outcomes through data and helping us transition toward a product-led business model.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product positioning, user personas, and clear success metrics.
- Translate internal and external feedback into structured user stories, tasks, and detailed use cases.
- Manage the product backlog and develop prioritization strategies to ensure our development efforts align with our core goals and roadmap.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a preference for those who have worked with data-driven products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to interpreting data to validate assumptions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience or knowledge within the market research or consumer packaged goods (CPG) innovation sectors is considered a significant plus.
