The opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the vision and direction for our Reporting product experience. Your work will directly influence how customers turn raw data into clear insights, and it will sit at the center of our mission to help organizations mobilize their talent and improve business outcomes. Because the role is fully remote within the United States, you can contribute from anywhere Smartsheet is a registered employer while staying closely connected to design, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

A day in the life

• Partnering with customers to uncover their real challenges, then translating those insights into a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market trends.
• Writing detailed requirements and working side-by-side with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features that feel intuitive and valuable.
• Tracking key metrics and analytics for your area, using the data to refine the roadmap and continuously improve the experiences you ship.

Who you are

You bring at least five years of product management experience and a track record of guiding software products from first idea through successful launch. You are comfortable working in agile environments with frequent releases, and you enjoy digging into metrics and analytics to guide decisions. You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation, and you have either a technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience collaborating with engineers to balance customer needs and technical realities. Above all, you take pride in crafting experiences that customers genuinely enjoy using.
