What you bring

As a Junior Product Manager in this full-time, remote position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritizing them into actionable plans for our development teams.
• Assisting in the execution of the product roadmap by aligning feature development with our core business objectives and market research.
• Partnering with UX designers and conducting user research to ensure our interfaces are intuitive and meet the specific needs of our users.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated individual with one to three years of experience in product management. You should possess a strong passion for technology and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and you must hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience. We value candidates who have worked with enterprise SaaS solutions, life sciences, or regulated software. It is important that you are comfortable with agile development methodologies and are familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Please note that this role requires a willingness to travel approximately once or twice per quarter.
