The opportunity

We are looking for our first Product Manager to help lead this transformation. This is a high-impact role where you will have significant autonomy to shape our product strategy and drive both user growth and revenue. You will work directly with our founder and the early leadership team to turn our vision into a world-class experience that is ten times better than any existing alternative. Because we are in a high-growth phase, you will be expected to take ownership of projects of all sizes, from high-level strategy to the smallest details that improve the user experience.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with our executive team to define our product priorities and manage the roadmap to ensure we are always shipping features that move the needle on our core KPIs.
• You will dive deep into data by designing and operating metrics dashboards, running SQL queries, and utilizing tools like MixPanel to ensure our decisions are backed by clear evidence.
• You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features, optimize our KYC and onboarding flows, and track customer attribution.

Who you are

You are a seasoned product leader with at least two years of experience as the directly responsible individual for major initiatives. You have spent time in early-stage startups, ideally at the Seed or Series A level, where you learned how to launch and grow products in the consumer fintech or investing space. You possess a gritty mindset and are comfortable being accountable for revenue goals and P&L. You are fluent in English and bring a strong technical and design foundation, including proficiency in SQL and a good eye for design, preferably with experience using Figma. You are passionate about finance and are eager to apply your skills to build something truly meaningful.
