Turnstile is a revenue automation platform designed to simplify the quote-to-cash process for businesses, regardless of their pricing models. We streamline billing, quoting, and subscription management for a wide range of B2B SaaS companies, from early-stage startups to organizations nearing 100 million dollars in annual recurring revenue. Our team is fully remote, proven, and recognized with multiple awards for our workplace culture. Backed by First Round Capital and fresh off a successful Series A, we are building on the momentum of our previous venture, Second Measure, which scaled successfully before being acquired by Bloomberg.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of a product from its initial concept through to the final launch.
- Enhance our existing product portfolio by driving user adoption and increasing overall customer value.
- Act as the voice of the user by gathering direct feedback and translating those insights into actionable product requirements.
- Work in close partnership with our design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure all efforts are aligned and high-quality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to shape our long-term product strategy.
- Navigate the balance between high-level vision and the tactical execution of specific features.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in product management within the B2B SaaS sector.
- A strong bias toward action, with a focus on rapid iteration and learning.
- The ability to think strategically, evaluating roadmaps based on return on investment and long-term business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to document processes and tell compelling stories that motivate your team.
- A customer-first mindset that prioritizes deep user understanding.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys building systems from the ground up.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working with revenue workflows, such as payments, billing, or quote-to-cash processes.
- A background in early-stage startup environments where speed and rigor are balanced.
- Technical fluency that allows for effective collaboration with engineering teams regarding technical trade-offs.
Compensation
We offer a salary range of 185,000 USD to 205,000 USD, which aligns with the 75th percentile of San Francisco market rates. In addition to salary, we provide meaningful equity and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
