Product Manager at Farmwise

We are currently expanding our Vulcan robotic weeding platform and are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to lead our roadmap and guide our multidisciplinary team toward success.

What you bring

This is a full-time, mid-level role based in the United States that requires a hybrid work approach. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our field operations, ensuring that our robotic solutions perform exactly where they are needed most. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of new features for the Vulcan robotic weeding implement, from initial discovery and planning to testing and market launch.
• Collaborating with our partners and customers to gather actionable feedback that informs a product roadmap aligned with our broader business objectives.
• Partnering with our Sales, Customer Support, and Operations departments to analyze customer usage, identify root causes for issues, and drive effective resolutions.

Requirements

We are searching for an operator who is just as comfortable working in the field as they are leading sprint planning sessions in the office. You should have at least three years of experience in product or program management, ideally within an industry that blends hardware, software, and machine learning. Proficiency with planning tools like Jira or ClickUp is essential for tracking complex technical features. You must possess exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and present complex ideas to diverse audiences. A successful candidate will be highly effective at managing cross-functional teams and will have a proven track record of overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
